- Update the admin panel first. The app and the admin panel must be on matching versions.
- Extract the new project and reapply your base URL, branding, package name and Firebase and Maps keys.
- Run
flutter pub get, test on a real device, then raise the version and publish.
Note: Keep a copy of your edited configuration files so reapplying them takes minutes.
