A marketplace grows when vendors can look after themselves. The vendor panel gives every seller a private dashboard, so they add their products, handle their orders and check what they have earned without asking you for help. That keeps your support load low as the number of vendors grows.

What vendors can do

On the phone too

Vendors who prefer a phone can use the Vendor App for order and item management, earnings tracking and live chat. The Vendor App is included from the Business plan.

Plans and vendor limits

The vendor panel is included in every license. Starter supports up to 25 active vendors, while Business and Agency allow unlimited vendors and products.

Helping vendors succeed

The vendors who do best are usually the ones who set up their shop properly on day one. Encourage them to add clear product photos and honest descriptions, keep stock up to date so customers are never disappointed, and reply to messages and reviews quickly.
