Purchasing a VendMart plan grants you a license to install and use the source code according to the terms of the plan purchased (Starter, Business, or Agency), as described on the pricing page.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the VendMart source code as a competing product outside the terms of your purchased license.
Support and updates
Support and update windows vary by plan. Extended support may be purchased separately once your included window expires.
Limitation of liability
VendMart is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software to the maximum extent permitted by law.
