A marketplace only works when every side has the right tool. Customers need a fast way to order, vendors need to see and handle orders the moment they arrive, and riders need to know what to deliver next. Instead of forcing everyone through one website, VendMart gives each role its own app. All three read and write the same database as your admin panel and storefront, so an order placed in the customer app appears for the vendor straight away and can be followed by the rider.
Customer app
Customers track their orders live, earn loyalty points, refer friends and pay in more than one way. The customer app is included in every license plan, from Starter upward.
Vendor app
Vendors manage orders and items, follow their earnings and chat with customers from a phone, so a shop owner does not need to sit at a computer to keep the store running.
Deliveryman app
Riders manage their deliveries, follow orders live and monitor their cash-in-hand earnings in one app. The Vendor App and the Deliveryman App are included from the Business plan.
Branding and publishing
Every installation plan includes app branding: your app name, logo, colors, package name and splash screen. Google Play Store publishing is part of the Pro and Enterprise installation plans. App Store publishing is included in Enterprise and available on Pro for $100 per app. Local language translation is included from Pro, and Enterprise adds a full color reskin.
How it works
- 1 Choose a license. The customer app comes with every plan; add the vendor and deliveryman apps with Business or Agency.
- 2 Install VendMart on your server yourself, or choose an installation plan and have it done for you.
- 3 Brand the apps with your name, logo, colors and splash screen.
- 4 Configure the services the apps rely on, such as email, Google Maps, social login and OTP.
- 5 Publish to the Google Play Store and the App Store, then invite your vendors and riders.
